GP tests if u ovulated or not and also if u have a difficiency, the level will show u ovulated and it will not affect ur results in anyway

hi , need some advice , i got my bloods done on 1st aug 7 days after ovulatation , wasnt suppose to start af till the 8th but came today will this affect my progesterone test , and what else does the gp check for thank you susan
