Hi becky progesterone levels don't indicate miscarriage. Progesterone levels go up and down hourly and about this time the placeta starts to take over the pregnancy. Have you got a u/s done to see the heartbeat with the lil one?

As long as your levels are greater than 40 I would not worry. In fact if your ultrasounds are normal, I would not pay any attention to the progesterone level. The placenta starts to make progesterone around this time which is why the corpus luteum is decreasing its production. Its the natural process, it is not a sign of miscarriage.

my doctor said i was in the process of an miscarriage i am still quiet confussed also when i had my ultrasound at 6weeks she only seen the sack i haven't had an ultrasound since and they said the sack hasn't moved or grown

no i wish i did thats the problem is they said i only had a sack and thats it i am so confussed
