Progesterone

I got bloodwork done monday at 4w0d and my hcg was 47.3 and my progesterone was 11.9. I went back yesterday on 4w2d and my hcg was 150 and my progesterone was 8.3. My doctor wants to check me with a pelvic exam and if everything checks out they said they would give me progesterone suppositories. Am I gonna lose my baby? Does my HCG seem low? how low does progesterone have to be to lose the pregnancy?

Your hcg levels are fine. They should increase by at least 66% every 2 days. Your progesterone is on the low side but the suppositories should help increase it. Most doctors like to see it at like at least 15, but that value varies from doctor to dcotor.

What does your HCG have to be to be considered positive? I will find out on Mon if I have a BFP.

any hCG present is a positive result for a pregnancy, as this hormone is usually almost always only found in pregnancy...and you're is rising appropriately like KAN stated
