Thank you.I was so happy having regular period.Now I never know when it comes.My chart makes me even more confused.Guess I just keep tracking my temp and use OPK and see my doctor in next few months.

Good morning,
I'd like to ask when is the best time to test my progesterone level.I'm in 28th day of my cycle.Can I go to my doctor now or wait for next expecting ovulation?Acording to my temp chart it looks like I didn't ovulate this month.There was a slight drop and then it went up but after that it drop down and still low.Unfortunately,I didn't use OPK.I've been off the pill for 8 mnths now.First six my cycle was regular and OPK positive.Then my period got longer.I started my chart last month to have some idea of my next period.With the pill I never had lots of pain,mood swings,crying about little things like I experience now.Could these be symptoms of low peogesterone?Thank you
