Problems caused by having an extra X Chromosome

Drs., what effect will having an extra X chromosome have on my offsprings, or what problems etc. I havent been to a genetic counsellor yet but trying to research on this. By the way I am 35.

Some of your eggs may have only one X chromosome, which would yield a normal child. If you're able to conceive which many do, and an egg has XX, then may be same symptoms (if any) as you may be undergoing...If XXY, will be a boy with/without any symptoms
