Prengancy maybe

Dr Littman, I havent had sex in 8 months, on 6/8 i have a regular 5 day af.. my spouse comes into town 6/21 we have unprotected sex everyday.. then leading up to the week of july 1st i have cramping, saliva build up in my mouth.. then 7/3 i have soptting for 2 days.. But me and my spouse still had sex while i ws spotting.. Sry TMI.. So my spotting stops, but i have continuing mild cramps, no appetite, and lower back pain.. thus far my cramping has stopped.. But still no appetite... but yesterday i get the chills and a slight runny nose?? And i am on a regular cycle comes sametime every month..
