I have had issues with 3-5 days of premenstrual spotting for the last 3-4 years. The only time it doensn't happen is when I am on a progesterone supplement. Today is day 34 of my (unmedicated) cycle and I have had brown discharge for 4 days. What could this be and how can I FIX it....? By the way my prog level has always been great with/without meds and I do have endometriosis.
