hi,we have been ttc for a few years now but lately we have noticed my partner has only been lasting for a very short time(sometimes a few seconds) could this be stopping us from conceiving because its too quick,some advice would be good please

This would not keep you from conceiving and would have little to no effect on this... There are several things that can be done to improve longevity, such as him gripping the base of his penis when he first feels the urge each time to the use of some antidepressants which in men can eliminate this...you can always visit a Urologist for further consultation...
