I am looking for answers or if possible, anyone who has been in my situation. I am 22 and have PCOS. I have been on metformin since November 2008. I have had the last 2 cycles without the aid of provera, and according to my bbt chart, it appears that I have been ovulating. This cycle however has been very confusing, and long. I am currently on CD 61. I believe I ovulated somewhere around day 41. I realize this is late for ovulation, but not unheard of. This puts me roughly at about 20 dpo. I have taken several hpt's and all were negative, although my bbt has stayed elevated (98 degrees is a very uncommon bbt temp for me, I typically stay between 96 and 97 degrees throughout my entire cycle). This past week has been a week of exciting symptoms. I started the week with what I thought was the stomach flu. I couldnt eat or drink anything for 4 days without getting sick. I can eat now, however I still get nausous when I do. After not really taking in a substantial ammount of food or liquid all week, I gained 2 pounds! I dont even know how that can be possible!! My bbs have gotton soo big that I can no longer wear my normal bras. However, some of the soreness is starting to subside. I had what I thought at the beginning of the week would be a period, but instead it turned out to be a day of spotting, roughly 36-48 hours of almost "normal" bleeding for a period, and two days of spotting. Which is unheard of for me, as I typically have fairly moderate to heavy periods that last 5-8 days. I am scheduled to see my obgyn for a routine visit a week from tomorrow. I am anxious now though and would really like an answer. If I am not pregnant, what is going on? I am really worried, and will try to talk to my doctor when I see him, but if anyone may have an idea what this could be please let me know!!
Here is a link to my bbt chart, I replaced the 2 days of "period" with spotting so that the entire chart would show up on one screen, and I disgarded a low temp from yesterday due to a lack of sleep that most likely caused it.

Unless one takes a pregnancy test, we won't know if you're truly pregnant
