Pregnant...2 missed periods and no positive tests?

I haven't had my period since the beginning of June. I've been regular for a long time and off birth control for years. I have lower back pain, exhaustion, frequent urination, and mood swings. I don't know what to do because all my hpt's are negative. Should I go for a blood test? Is it even possible that I'm pregnant? My mother had trouble getting pregnant because she had a hard time ovulating and the egg didn't stay but she says since my periods are regular, it shouldn't be the same for me. I just don't know what to do...

Go for blood work would be ur best option. Some women do not produce enough of the pregnancy hormone to get + on urine hpt. There is a good chance u could be pregnant.

I work with a lady that never got a positive HPT test, she had to go by a blood test. Definately get one!!!

Thanks, yall. We're TTC and I'm afraid I'm not since all I keep is hearing is that it's probably not pregnancy and it must be stress or something else but we're so active, sexually and with ZERo protection.
