Pregnancy Update
January 29, 2008
I am officially 13 weeks today and things look good with the pregnancy. I had the first trimester screening this past week and the results came back in normal limits. I can't believe all that we could see on the ultrasound. It is truly amazing and I feel so blessed. I have been excited, but with my miscarriage past I still had reservations. Now, after 4 early ultrasounds and a strong heartbeat I am on my way. So happy for all of you that recently got BFP!!!! It has been quite a month and I know more to come next month. I just really appreciate all the words of encouragent and support I see on this site and feel so lucky to be a part of it. Lots of BABY DUST and STICKY GLUE to you....
Thanks, and yes I would love to have at least 2 more. It is so neat to see the development and of course reassuring too. I hope to find out the sex, but I have heard it is better to wait until closer to 20 weeks to have a better probability. How are you feeling since your car accident? I know that can be scary, but glad you were ok.
I found out the sex at 17 weeks, when it'a boy, there's no mistaking it. LOL!!!
I'm feeling okay pregnancy wise from the accident but have a very sore back with a constant lower back ache. I went to my first physical therapy appt today and she said that I definitely sprained my lower back and pulled all the muscles going up the right side of my back from my butt to almost my shoulder. I had a massage which was very very tender and then she applied a heated pillow to my back for 20 min which felt good. She taught me some stretches to do in the mornings and ordered me a pregnancy support brace to wear that will lift my belly and take some strain off my back. I go back on Friday for another treatment.

Sorry to hear you are still in pain Sarah, but so glad you are getting some tx and relief. Keep taking care of yourself and don't over do it. Lots of R&R and pampering from your family.
Keller- Yes I will find out and actually looked at some maternity clothes for the first time yesterday. How are you doing?
