pregnancy hormone level drops, other levels are fine

My pregnancy hormones just started to decrease. I found out I was pregnanr Sept. 24th. My levels only increased by 50% since the pregnancy test. Today I found out that my pregnancy hormone went from 149 to 118. But my estridol and progesterone are fine. The nurse said I will most likely lose the pregnancy. Is it still possible for the levels to go up? If not, how come my other levels are good?
