Hi elizabeth. Yes. If you are not able to get pregnent naturally, then there are so many ways with some medical help you can have a baby.

How long have you been trying to get pregnent? If you are more than 30 and trying for a 6 months or under 30 and trying for 1 year with no luck, I would recommend that you talk to a Ob-Gyn or a RE about it. You can locate such clinics in this website.

As a start, you can get the Ovulation Prediction Kit from a pharmacy or wal-mart. This will tell you when you are going to release an egg and if you have sex during those fertile days, then you can get pregnent. If you dont see a positive result on the Ovulation Test, then talk to your doctor who will do some blood tests and try to see what is wrong.
