Could be unexplained infertility. u may want to discuss with ur Dr abt that..and always helps taking some kind of fertility meds like clomid etc just to give u a boost or even consider IUI.

Also try using OPKs. They will help time intercourse as there are only 3-4 days in a month when u can get preggo.

now i am planning to conceive. my husband soerm count is 46. so now what are all the factors we have to consider now. my periods are irregular from the starting. so i am taking treatment for that. plz help me out.

snehadixit your parnters count sounds normal. Are you taking anytype of meds to help you with ovulation...clomid anything like that. Have you purchased opk's (ovulation predicator kits)? To find out if or went you are ovulating? Are you being montiored via your dr's office to see if or when you are ovulating? Have they done any type of blood test on you to see what your hormone levels are? Just remember it takes time to get preggo....good luck and keep us posted!!!
