My UPT is negative but after PV my doctor said that she can feel a 4-5 weeks of pregnancy. she has advised me to confirm it in the ultrasound. what is the correct time for ultrasound and is it possible that UPT is sometime negative because of low HCG level. Please advise.

Hi Pritee...this best thing to do is for your dr to take blood test and if it is increasing some say by 66% or even doubling every 2 days. If you are only 4 to 5 weeks preggo the dr might not see anything at this point just the sac if you are preggo. Usually you can see the everything by 6wks 2 days or when hcg level go above 1200.
