I'm 43yrs old my last menstural period was 6/05/08 after 3 months and I'm yet to mensturate this month. does this mean I'm pregnant or I'm passing through premature menopause?

Not necessarily Princess, especially if you're not having hot flashes...best to talk to your doc to see why you're missing your periods now via tests...
