pregnacy tests and sonogram

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for 6 months. I stopped my bith control in January and my menstrual cycle was fine up until May haven't gotton since. I took 3 prgnancy tests and all were negative. Went to the doctors last tuesday and took one there and also was negative. And now the doctor requested me to get lab work done and a sonogram. My question is, is it possable to have false tests and show on the sonogram positive? And if the sonogram is also negative what is the next step?

Hi MrsStac, Looks like you are not preggo sorry. A HPT will show up in July if you havent had ur period since May. I dont think all these tests would be false. So, as of the date u had ur last preggo test, you are not pregnant. Its very common to miss periods once in a while. So, if your sonogram turns out negative, ur Dr may give you pills to kick start ur period and start a new cycle. Good luck to u and hope u get preggo soon.

Most likely, you didn't ovulate this month, or you ovulated much later than expected, as pregnancy tests are pretty darn good...We hope that you will become pregnant this month and keep on ttc unless you're >35, where you should visit an RE

I'm 26 and have been diagnosed with pcos. A couple of years later they diagnosed me with HPV. So had surgery to remove the pre cancerous cells. What are my chances of being pregnant
