hiiv bn trying to concive for 4months. last months i took a prego test it ws neg and then i took a ovulating test n tht was neg now iv been getting stomach cramps and feelin dizzy n sick im 6days late for my period what does this meann am i pregnant?

As for the ovulation test being negative, next time start testing everyday starting on cycle day 10 so you don't miss ovulation.
