try not to worry and just SLEEP! it can make a differenc e in your temp. PLUS, one low temp doesn't mean anything...the room could have been colder, you could have had less covers on, etc...don't stress! :)

I had a huge dip today too. 9 DPO. I'll pray for you. Please do the same for me.

Yes please do.. I'm so hoping that my temp goes back up. Thankfully today was my little girl's two year birthday so that has kept my mind off of it.. now I get to go to bed and wake up to hopefully a brand new.. HAPPY day!

Okay.. so it is like 4:30 in the morning.. I really had to pee.. so I just decided since I was having trouble sleeping anyway and I had to pee.. I would just take my Temp.

Thankfully it went back up to 98 (or 36.59 Celsius)I feel much better..

Although I'm not completely convinced I'm okay.

The painful AF cramping is gone but that doesn't mean that it won't be back. LOL

Who knows. My AF is scheduled to show up in the next 4/5 days. So come Saturday/Sunday it should be 2 days past my AF. I think I'll try (LOL yeah right) to test then.

I have a doctor's appt. on the 3rd. I have a scheduled blood test. Should I even take it. I think I'd just crumble if it came back neg.

Is it possible with the dip in temp and the cramping yesterday that I may have had implantation?

My temp was 97.9. Still wishing it were higher. Glad to hear that you cramping is gone. I am having little cramps. AF is not due for 4/5 days for me. I'm trying to wait to test until she's late :)

A blood test would be most accurate, right? Probably not a bad idea to take. Try not to worry about it though. I know that I hate BFN's.

I have heard the term implantation dip, but I really don't know much about it, or if it is true. This BBT charting is sometimes very frustrating.

I feel so much better today. Yesterday I was cramping so bad.. I just knew I'd wake up to AF this morning but I didn't.. (YIPPEE) and the cramping is gone. So I'm just going to wait... that is all I can do!

Mine went to 97.6, after it was 98.3 (the only high temp) the day before. It's so sporadic. I sometimes want to quit BBT, but then I think that it also gives me a little knowledge into the future. What do I know?

Glad to hear that you're feeling better. I am feeling normal. Not sure if that is good or bad. I'll post tomorrow and let you know what's going on.

I wouldn't put too much faith in an implantation dip...and temps can go down if you are now taking your temp at the same time every day, same temperature in the room, etc.

Also, I was SUPER cramping and swore AF was coming when i was 11/12 dpo....

I toss and turn all night and then it seems like I have to pee very early in the morning (around 3:00/4:00 AM) and I can't go back to sleep.. so I just take my temp when I wake up to pee? Is this right?

Yes you have to take them at the exact same time! If yuou don't you add some to it but I am not sure how much for what amount of time. I think .01 for every hour,,,,but check that out!

Sdin.. you should set your alarm to wake the same time, temp and then pee or what ever--

I had to stop temping becuase I am restless and never fully sleep deeply.. also temps are only accurate when taken with at least fours or consecutive sleep

Well.. then I guess we can rule out any basal temp.. LOL because I haven't been able to really sleep for the past 3/4 days.. I have a huge case of insomnia.

After AF comes I'll start temping the correct way.

Hey.. Anyone get low grade fevers (99.5) before AF comes? I don't know what is causing this to continue. last week I felt like I had the flu and went to the doctor and it was 99.5.. finally stopped on Saturday morning/Sunday but then started again yesterday.. here I am running this fever and feeling like I have the flu again.. but then I woke up this morning and feel okay again.. it is really strange. Anyone else do this?

I've never had a fever before AF. Temp usually drops when she comes. Probably is something else. My temp went back up this morning. It was 98.6.

Another thing is that I'm not tired... I am not getting those same "tired" feelings that I was a week ago. No it is the opposite.. I'm having trouble sleeping?

I went ahead and temped.. 98.3 this morning. I tested because I'm an idiot like that. Of course Neg.

My breasts are KILLING this morning. I wish that she'd just hurry up and get here already.. JEEZ

I'm CD27 today and I just have two more days until she is supposed to show up!

My temp was 98.4 this morning. CD30, 12DPO. I think I might test in the morning. I'm hoping something shows up!

Maybe these are positive signs, you just may have tested to early. I don't know. Baby dust and good luck!
