Can you get a + OPK if you have PCOS?

Hi Rhonda,

If you ovulate, then you will get a positive...only on occasion with your pituitary produce enough LH to randomly trigger a false positive OPK in PCOS patients

thank you. This is the second month of using OPK and both times I got a + on CD 17.
