Possibility of Getting Pregnant?

I have a friend who is pregnant. She came to know about this on her 3rd month already, when she had her check-up. According to her, she didn't know that she was pregnant because she had her menstruation for the last 2 months. My friend is not the type of noting down her periods. Maybe she forgot or maybe she didn't had her period at all.

Is this possible?
