please help!

Im freaking out about if im able to ovulate. as u know my cycles on average are 36 days. can u tell me if there is a signifcant differece between an ovulatory and an anovulatory cycle?? I really have not found a specific definite answer. My bleeding is in the normal range. never too heavy or too light.

Have you tried ovulation predictor kits? They can really help.

well if you have 36 day cycles then you would ovulate around the 25th -30th

In cycle days it would be around day 19 give or take a day

anovulatory cycles are one's where there's no menses..of which you state you do get

lots of stress can postpone ovulation or even stop it from happening that cycle..
