I am a 30 year old female with PCO weight 165 pounds height 5 feet ,vegetarian non smoking and non drinking. I have been on birth control pill femilon for two years regularly .All my hormonal levels are normal and i have no thyroid problems .I have always been a chubby kid and a chubby teen and have had PCO since i was 20 .I recently took one pack of Diane 35 and haven't had my periods yet .Should i start on clomid immediately or wait for one more cycle as now I am trying to get pregnant .Can u give me a plan to follow and what to do to ensure a good pregnancy ?

We unfortunately can not provide with any plans or recommendations, only information can be given...
Many times, some people don't have a "period" after stopping birth control pills, and if not pregnant, sometimes Clomid can be started about 5 days after the last pill. Guidelines like this should be done under your doc's supervision
