I have read on a few websites that after an IUI you could drink pineapple juice (100%) or eat fresh pineapple to help the implantation process..... any truth to it or just something they throw us to do? I like pineapple juice so i dont have an issue with it i'm just wondering why they say it and if there is truth to it, what does it do?

One friend told me to avoid Pine apples, Dates, papayas during 2 WW or pregnancy...hmm so contradictory!!

funny, i think that if someone said i should run around naked in a crowded place during the 2WW i would consider it. When people give you advise do they tell you why you should either eat something or stay away from it? I like to knwo why i am doing or not doing something :)

The pineapple is an old wives' tale. I don't think there's much truth to it. Plus, I tried it and only got pregnant when I didn't do it.

I've read that 100 mg of vitamin b6 per day and drinking at least one cup of green tea per day boosts your odds and helps implantation. It worked for me :-) Good luck!

thx, i know that my vitamin has at least that in vitamin B and i have a lot of green tea here, i like that MUCH better than pineapple juice anyway! :)
