perods and ovulation

Hi!Is it possible every month to have a regular period and do not ovulate?I have regular periods,but my opk are negative all the time,and on the middle of my cycle I feel my breast sore and cramps but never get a positive on the opk.So I 'm having my periods without ovulating?

Very unlikely Livia, especially when you feel Progesterone symptoms...You're ovulating, just can't pick them up with an OPK
