Are you asking how to resume periods after Depo? Unfortunately, its a waiting game and you just have to wait it out. Sometimes depending on how long you were on the shot, can take 3-12 months or worst case 18 months to get ur period and resume fertility after the last shot.

After 6 months if you still havent resumed, you can go to a Reproductive Endocrinologist and see what he has to say about putting you on injectibles to start ovulation.

Reg Discharge, You just have to see how the vaginal discharge looks like. 3-4 days before ovulation, it would be clear and stretchy like egg whites and would stretch atleast 8 cm.

Dr Q says cervical position can be determined only by professional people and its very tricky and not a great way of fertility tracking.

Depends on ur insurance Lisa if it covers infertility. You can always check your benefits for that information. Also, if it costs to see the RE, then u can least see an Ob Gyn but Im not sure how much she can do as I have read here in these message boards Clomid may not be of much help while trying to resume periods after Depo.

Injectibles are gonadotropins which are stronger than clomid or other pills

Thanks again hope, i live in England so we don't pay insurance for health care. i think i am just rushing into it really cause i have been ready for a baby for a while, after all i only camr off the depo in feb of this year.

Quick one......my period started this morning, how long do you have to bleed for usually to be a normal period and does it mean i ovulated?also does it mean my fertility is back to normal? thanks

well af stopped saturday so in total i was bleeding 6 days. when should i start having sex so i hit ovulation?

that meens you should have ovulated april 29th and you should ovulate on may 25th.you should start having sex 23 24 25 26 27.

thanks rosetta, that helps alot not sur i ovulated last month, it's my first period in two years came off depo feb 08. i still have cramps in my thighs and some discharge is this normal?
