Pee Diapers in the first few days after birth

Hey Kanaan, atleast 6 diapers a day. Sometimes the baby pees twice or thrice in the same diaper. This is what the hospital said. But my Ped says dont hafta be so anal about the number of diapers. As long as there is a wet diaper every 4 hrs or so its good. Take the baby to the Dr if there are fewer than that/day. Ur baby should pee a lot. That signifies the blood is getting purified and her kidneys and heart is functioning normal
