I believe this is your first cycle on Clomid. You should atleast give it a few months try on medicated cycles before giving up. Talk to your RE about injectibles to stimulate you better. An RE's job is to only get you pregnant. So do not get frustrated easily, you have to stay strong to get through this.

Coming to your DH, get a repeat S/A done for him. The outcome is not all that grim, several men get back to a normal morphology after the repeat S/A. Secondly, what is his sperm count? If its low say 20 million and he has a morphology of 3%, then that could mean ICSI + IVF. Now if his count is very high say 100 M + with a morphology of 3%, then that means theres a higher chance of more normal sperms being present. So, it all depends on the sperm count too.

Hi Hope....yes this is my first round of clomid...I was under my gyn till now but I will be seeing an RE from now on. Lets see what my RE has to say, that's why in the mean time I thought of taking some opinions.

My husbands SA results do not say 'sperm count'.....but it reads the 'concentration' should be 20 million or more and its 60 million....is that sperm count? Also it says total motile should be 12 million or more and its 90 million. Are you referring to these?

Yes.90 m is the total motile sperms out of which 3 % (morphology) is normal. There is still a chance with IUI. Discuss it with your RE
