PCOS, Hypothyroid, AND sub septate uterus, I have them all!

Hi,

I'm new to the forum and I could use some encouragement and information. I have PCOS, thyroid disease, and I just found out I have a sub septate uterus. I refuse to accept that these issues will keep me from getting pregnant. Can anyone tell me their stories with these issues? Also, can anyone recommend a great RE in the New York City area?
