Thanks for your suggestion.Is it possible to conceive on our own with this sperm morphology percentage(ovals 4%).or shd go for iui or IVF.I have PCOS and irregular periods also.

Low likelyhood, always possible, but best with IVF..

Thanks for your suggestiin.How about the chances if we try IUI because IVF is somewhat expensive and we worried about the birth defects associated with IVF.Is there anyother way to improve the sperm morphology or better to go IVF.

Thanks for your advise.Is the medicine Clomid will have effect in the body after we stop the medicine also.bcs now i stopped the clomid for one month bcs my DH was taking provironum and we thought like the sperm will improve in this one month time..

I did not take clomid for this month and i have changed my gynae too.But my new gynae suggested to give a clomid break for two months and she asked me to go for HSG test to check whether the tubes are normal or blocked.But i am worrying like whether this test is necesary to take or not?One more thing is like do we really need to give two months break after four clomid cycles bcs i dont want to waste another two months in giving a break.Is it advisable to go to fertility specialist instead of gynaecologist.pls advise on all these queries.
