PCOS and IVF?

I have PCOS, and am wondering about taking Clomid, or having an IVF. Does one work better than the other? What are the risks involved?

IVF has much greater pregnancy rates than Clomid, but it is also more costly...Minimal risks involved with IVF, the greatest being Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome (OHSS) for which you can read much about on this site..
Clomid's delivery rate after 6months of trying is about 22% success
