I know I've posted this question before and I apologize for asking again, but......
For several weeks now i've been getting a pain in my left side close to where my ovary is. It's not a sharp pain it's very dull.I guess its more annoying than anything. my question is what could be causing it? In august i had an ultrasound to check for cysts. there werent any cysts, but they couldnt find my left ovary. where would it have been? oh i am so confused.
Im going to schedule a dr apt for next week when i get paid, until then what can i do about the pain? sometimes its on my left side and sometimes its everywhere. what is it? what can i do about it? and why wont it go away?

But unfortunately it is very difficult for me to diagnose pains over the net, and only a doctor examining you can give you a better idea since it could be from so many different things...
