Pain in my right side after my Ectopic pregnancy surgery.

I had an ectopic pregnancy and surgery to remove the pregnancy from my right tube on June 3rd. My tube was cut, but not removed and I was told that the tube would heal on it's own. I recovered quickly from the surgery and haven't been experiencing too much pain. Over the last few days I have been experiencing so much pain in my right side...low front. I have taken Tylenol for the pain, but it has not eased up at all. I have not called my doctor yet (mainly because this pain is not uncommon...I've had it before...usually a couple of weeks before I get my period), but this time the pain in so much worse. Could it be that i am ovulating on that same side that I had the surgery and the tube is still sensitive?
