i used opk's when ttc and i tested 3 days b4 expected ovulation day, everyday until i got a positive result. use your 2nd pee of the day . it worked for me, if you have any worries about your oopk's most brands have web sites if u google search the brand and have a bt more info on there than they do on the leaflet enclosed with tests.wishing you lots of luck in ttc xxx
