Tina, the average follicle size is about 20. His numbers are way too high to be a follicle that would ovulate

I had her sonogram report below
11th day she had 23 * 23 and 15 * 15
12th day she had 28 * 28, 16 * 16
13th day she had 35 * 35 18 * 18 she had injection on that day
14th day she had 37 * 37, 20 * 20
15th day is running
My question is one of that folic 20 * 20 is may be ovulate after giving her injection, is this max size.
She already passed 48 hrs of injection
is she Gona ovulate this time or not base the doc is on vacation for last 3 days so next sonogram will be on 18th day , how we know she ovulate ???
After 3 days she had sonogram and the report say on 18th day

she had lots of pain in stomach the doctor say that the trigger shot didn’t work right way that’s why its over reaction of trigger shot and that’s why the size go bigger and bigger , what we should do , is she will not ovulate this time , its a normal thing ,,,,,

Nehal, also means the 20X20 didnt ovulate. So, ur wife has not ovulated this cycle. Like the dr said it can be a cyst. So, u talk to ur Dr abt this and once her period arrives, ur Dr will have to do another sonogram to see what happened to these cysts. based on that, ur Dr may or may not proceed with treatment next cycle until the cysts go away completely
