Ovulation Calendar

Hi everyone!

does taking my temperature on a daily basis is a requirement for ovulation calendar? Also, if my cycles are regular (28 - 30) can I also predict my LMP next month?

Thank you everyone for your help, I'm in desperate need to try to figure out my fertile days this upcoming month.

My last period was May 28th if it helps.

It is beneficial to take your temperature every day to see when the actual elevation of your basal body temperature (bbt) occurs to determine when you ovulated...Your most fertile days are the five days prior to ovulation including the day of ovulation.

Once you ovulate, you can predict your lmp should occur about 14 days later...

Yes it is but it could be on one side or the other and sometimes both.

EWCM is egg white cream mucus
