Ovulation and periods

My question is, if i get a regular menstural cycle, does that mean that I am ovulation every month. I have regular periods, of 31 days, Would that mean I would ovulate on the 15th or 16th cycle day not the 14th ?

Yes, most all women with regular periods do ovulate, and about 14 days after ovulation if not pregnant, a period occurs...so yes, you ovulate on cd17...
