Hey Laura,

Depo Provera injection is notorious (that's the word on the street) for it delaying the restart of your period, which means delaying your ability to get pregnant. It's not just the street, but this is also widely accepted in the RE community and may take a while for your ovulatory system to come back to normal.

True, eventually nature will take its course and you will regain all your fertility potential. If you desire a pregnancy now, pills such as Clomid or Letrozole may not work, and you'd need to visit an RE who can give you injectable gonadotropins at a low dose if you want to get pregnant quickly.
