Hi, I'm due to ovulate this week and I have come downe with a cold and a slight fever. Can a cold or illness effect ovulation?

a cold should not affect your ability to conceive, unless you have a severe temp of say >101.0 where it can affect sperm in the reproductive tract. Avoid products that have aspirin/ibuprofen and you should hopefully be ok. If your symptoms don't improve, contact your general doctor
