Ovulation

I havce been diagnosed with PCOS. My cycles were 33 days apart. My last cycle was 67 days. I recently had a cylce and was suppose to ovulate on cycle day 18. I did not have a LH surge until cycle day 22. Could I have ovulated that late in my cycle?
