If you're <35 y/o, it can take up to a year to get pregnant

The best thing to do is simply have intercourse starting 8 days after the onset of your period for two weeks at least every other day.

If you're not pregnant by the end of the year, then please visit an RE( fertility doc) near you

On the note of wanting a baby boy....

There is a lot of information out there in terms of timing and/or positioning to favor a certain baby sex...however, there is no evidence that any of this works, and highly do not believe this...

Even sperm selection is not even that good...The best way of choosing the sex of the baby is through IVF + PGD...then you can pretty much be reassured that you're getting the desired sex...

Although costly upfront, in the long run winds up being less expensive...
