ovulation

hi, i jus want to ask some advice from all of you. i tested for a +ve for OPK yesterday afternoon and today a -ve. i have intercourse with my husband yesterday night. the problem is that my husband has low sperm count. should i have intercourse with my husband tonight again to maximise the chance of getting pregnant?
