ovulation

hi dr,
if i get periods in a 31-32 days cycle and th blood flow is regular red in colour at times blackish or dark red and sometimes clots in the 2nd or 3rd day, does it mean i regularly ovulate once in every cycle or is it doubtful? when the follicular ultsound was done, on the 10th day follicle size was 10mm on 13th day it was 13mm on 16th day it was 18.3mm and et was 6.8mm. my dr told she would inject hcg when size is 18mm, but i went to the dr later when the size on 17th day became 20cm and et 8.7mm, dr injected hcg this time , is it that by this time i had already ovlated, although my radiologist did ultrasound for two more days on 18th day size was 21mm and et was 9.1mm and on the 19th day follicle size in report was written 9.3X 6.8cm and Et as 10.4mm and wrote s/o ovulation . so what does the report suggest is everything alright? was the injection timed correctly? i just wanted a second opinion. Please help.
