i have been told to plan pregnancy on the 12th 14th day of the cycle. but tin vain. also i would like to know abt the ph level of body and how to make it alkaline before intercourse

#1. If u take in artificial stuff to make ur vagina alkaline etc, ur going to induce a severe Yeast Infection taht can nag you terribly. So, dont do that. Ur Vagina has a natural way of maintaining PH. If u think u have PH imbalance, consult a Dr.
#2. Start using Ovulation kits. the arbitary 12th 14th day sex is not accurate. No one knows when u can ovulate. This schedule is based on the assumption that all woman ovulates on the 14th day which is highly false. Use ovulation kits to track fertile days and have sex then or just have sex every other day from 9th day until 20th day.
#3. IF u try with this method for a few months and still no preggo or if u have irregular periods, see a Dr to set things right.
