Hello, could someone clarify something for me please.
How do you work out work you ovulate, i thought you counted from the first day of your period, but i have just read somewhere that you count back from your next expected period?????

One can not predict accurately when one will ovulate since this can happen at any time, but usually around day 13-15 but can go on much longer or shorter...
The only thing we know with confidence about a menstrual cycle is that when when has AF, then ovulation occurred 14 days prior...
