Ovulating and HCG Shot

Hi Dr Q I was wondering I am on clomid and this cycle had the FSH injections I went for an u/s and had 10 follicles well firstly is that ok or is that too many? Secondly since CD12 I have had EWCM and today is CD13 is it possible that I am already ovulating or about to? And if so I am going for another u/s today will the doctor be able to tell? And if he gives me the HCG shot what will that do?

That's quite a response, and you're getting ready to ovulate, but the hCG shot will make you ovulate...follicles at your last scan at the time of hCG that are >16mm for an IUI may contain an egg and talk to your doc about the probability of multiples
