Fully agree, an Orgasm is not necessary but if obtained, can help sperm along. These supplements may not help much for sperm and don't know if they contain significant sugar that would not make it good for a diabetic

Hmm I read soemwhere that orgasm during ejaculation changes the Ph of the vagina- I wonder if that is a myth ?
