OPK's - can a doctor please give advice?

Hi, I am wondering if it is possible to be ovulating when the OPK's do not show a true positive? I am also wondering if there are very good chances of getting pregnant with ovulation later that CD21.

1) there are some people on this site that have not gotten a + opk, but still got pregs!
2) Jolene (I beleive) got pregs on a cd 30? ov date and is due in a couple of months. I got pregs (with a later m/c unrelated to ov date!) when i ov'd cd 28...
