On Clomid, not sure if i'm pregnant. Pls help.

My dr put me on clomid treatment, but instead of stating at day 2(as he suggest), i took it on day 5. My last period is on June 13. usually i got 28 days cycle. But until today still no sign of my period coming. I got cramps, mostly on my right side, almost everyday, starting day 14 after my cycle, until today. i also had a lot of clear discharge. I took pregnancy test today, but it was negative. From what i read through the internet, clomid can 'delay' period.Is it true? Or something bad happened (due to cramps sign)? Olease help. Thank you.
