Off the birth control pill in Sept no period for 2 months

I was on YAZ for a year and went off of it Sept 10th. I got my regular period the 1st of Oct. I didn't get a period at all in Nov and now I am 4 days late in Dec. I have been experiencing some nausa, thick discharge, sharp pains in my side/ribcage area, and horrible heartburn, which I got about a month ago and have never had before. I took 2 HPTS last night and both had a very very faint line on them. I don't have insurance in the state that I live in, so I have to drive 4 hrs to see the dr. I would like to make sure if there is a good possibility of being pregnant first. Or is it just a result of coming off the pill?
